About me

Saraphim sources 'seraphim' seen in mystical texts as fiery angels. Stories of seraphim are diverse. This angel is depicted as six winged and serves with her breath. It is said that seraphim's vigil is keeps seekers on the path. A powerful presence this angel brings the elements into the forefront. In Chinese medicine, fire and water is the ultimate yin and yang. This balance is one of harmony. Ayurveda describes the role of fire in yoga is as 'tapas,' an inner heat or fiery discipline. As fire burns things up, energy quickly disperses. In traditional Thai healing, elements are the basic component of all things. And, these elements are meditated upon. Fire is saraphim's core essence, her healing energy harmonizes the heart with bright intention and tones of happiness.
