About me

Sara Yoga

Saraphim sources 'seraphim' seen in mystical texts as fiery angels. These angels are meditative in their roles. Seraphim literally means the burning ones. The role of fire in yoga is known as 'tapas,' an inner heat or fiery discipline. As fire burns things up, so can our energy.
